Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry pieces, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
